This site - adrianantosiak.pl - uses no tracking cookies, collects no analytics, and shows no ads. Personal data is processed only when you choose to email or call me.
Data controller
The data controller is Adrian Antosiak. For anything related to personal data, contact kontakt@adrianantosiak.pl.
What data is collected
Visiting the site on its own does not store personal data on my side. The host, GitHub Pages, may keep technical server logs (IP address, user-agent, request time) under its own policy - I have no access to them. If you email kontakt@adrianantosiak.pl or call, I retain your name, email or phone number, and the content of your enquiry.
Legal basis
I process correspondence under GDPR art. 6(1)(b) (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) and art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in replying to enquiries).
Retention
Emails are kept in my iCloud inbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted or archived.
Recipients
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). Email is handled by iCloud+ Custom Email Domain (Apple Inc., USA) - messages sent to @adrianantosiak.pl are delivered to my iCloud inbox. Web fonts (Inter Tight, JetBrains Mono) are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com, so Google Inc. receives your IP address when a font file is fetched. No data is shared with any other recipients.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not set any cookies or write to browser localStorage. I do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Clarity, or similar tools.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object, data portability, and lodge a complaint with Poland's supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl). To exercise these rights, email kontakt@adrianantosiak.pl.
